·Rungs are made from aluminium and are serrated for slip resistance. They are joined to heavy duty aluminium side plates and riveted to the rails with four solid rivets
·Polyethylene rung wear sleeves separate aluminium from fibreglass to help reduce wear
·Spring-assisted heavy duty cast aluminium gravity rung locks
·Heavy-duty free-swinging and self-aligning safety shoe with slip-resistant tread

SUPERLITE FIBREGLASS STEP LADDERS WITH ALUMINIUM TREADS

SUPERLITE fibreglass ladders conform to the following specifications; ANSI 14.5, OSHA, CSA, SCSSCABF 1, SABS 1304, T 1768, EN131 AND BBB0868 Version 4.
·

SUPERLITE GRP profile has been “live line” tested by Eskom to 100kV.
·

SUPERLITE ladders are between 9% and 22% lighter than comparable ladders.
· Despite being lighter, SUPERLIGHT ladders have a load rating (SWL) of 150kg as opposed to the 113kg of other ladders SUPERLITE ladders are fitted with 37mm wide D-shaped replaceable rungs. SUPERLITE rungs are 16% wider than other rugs.

SUPERLIITE ladders are available in the following GRP stile options; 84mm, 90mm and 120mm
· Two sets of high-strength aluminium guides
